Hi Sandy, This is very late in coming to you and I apologize — too many Holidays, too much snow to ski on and too little time — all good excuses, yes?? Anyway, John and I both want to thank you so much for all your help and pretty much saving us and our sanity (although don’t ask Bobbi about that, she’ll say I’ve already lost my mind). You did exactly what I asked you to do, “sell the damn thing”. When I tell friends who ask if we’re still dealing with John’s mother’s house that it sold in 4 hours, they’re amazed, as were we!
All the help you gave us, the Estate Sale ladies, the hot water heater guy, snow-shoveling, and your great no-bullshit attitude, was of tremendous, yes “priceless” help to us. I know you get a commission and all that, but it was actually fun working with you and having you help us through an already over-the-top stressful situation. As you know, Bobbi is one of my dearest friends and now I know why you two were such a great team and of course, great friends also. You two have the same great attitude and willingness to do pretty much whatever’s necessary to help the client and get the damn thing sold. We couldn’t have done it without you. A huge thanks to you and an atta-girl to my pal, Bobbi, for recommending you to us.
